Béatrice Carabin
Trained in design, Béatrice is interested in promoting and integrating design professions in public organizations. For nearly 20 years, she worked at the Bureau du design (City of Montreal) to promote quality public design commissions and encourage designers’ involvement in the city’s cultural and economic future. Today, at Société Logique, she contributes to the promotion of universally accessible environments.
« Designing projects that are accessible to as many people as possible is a shared responsibility between the client and the designer, and the participation of people with disabilities is an added value. It is the sum of this expertise and the principles of universal design, integrated right from the project design phase, that guarantees universally accessible, high-quality design. »
